BME offer services from design concept through to fully detailed and fully co-ordinated RIBA Stage 5 design – offering a complete and comprehensive professional design service to RIBA stage 6. - Feasibility studies and reports for various types of services solutions, considering long term running costs and installation costs.
- Full mechanical building services engineering calculations, specifications and engineering drawings. Any level of detail can be provided, from engineering strategy to fully detailed and fully co-ordinated multi disciplined designs.
- Quantitative studies on architectural conceptual designs to establish more passive and sustainable building form (daylight, calculations natural ventilation calculations, orientation and massing studies)
- Calculations and documentation in support of planning applications
- Utility assessments and design of incoming services
- Calculations and reporting for demonstrating compliance with Part L2 of the building regulations, including creation and submission of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

- Fully dynamic 3D thermal modelling using IES <VE> software: Part L compliance, EPC’s, energy and CO2 modelling, heatlosses, heatgains, overheating, daylighting, sun and shadow.
- Comprehensive surveys of building services installations, to produce recommendations, record drawings or provide feasibility studies.
